Your Paris Photoshoot Guide

A Paris photoshoot should feel like a nice walk through the city, not a stressful production. I'm Max, a Paris photographer with more than 10 years of experience. I choose the spots, guide you through every pose and edit each photo myself, so you can simply enjoy the moment. What a Paris photoshoot with me looks like

We meet at the first location and I tell you where to stand, how to move and where to look. If you're not used to being photographed, that's completely fine: guiding you is my job. You walk, talk and laugh together, and I take care of the rest. You then receive a private online gallery with your edited pictures.

Where to shoot in Paris

Many sessions take place around the Eiffel Tower, at Trocadéro or Bir-Hakeim. Other favorites are the Louvre and Palais Royal, the Tuileries gardens, Montmartre, Place des Vosges and the banks of the Seine. We can also combine two areas in one session. How long should your Paris photoshoot be?

30 minutes: one location, 10 edited pictures. Day sessions (before 5 PM) from 160 €.
1 hour: from 220 € (solo). 20 edited pictures for a couple, 30 for a family.
2 hours: from 400 € (solo), about 40 edited pictures with two locations.
3 hours: 700 €, 65 edited pictures, 3 areas.

What to wear on a Paris photoshoot

Choose clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident, it always shows in the photos. Solid colors and simple shapes usually photograph well. For a couple or a family, aim for outfits that go well together rather than identical ones. Think about the location: a casual look for a park, something more elegant for a cityscape. Wear shoes you can walk in, since we often move between spots. If you'd like props such as flowers, I can recommend trusted partners.

Best time of day for a Paris photoshoot

I recommend early morning. You avoid most of the tourist crowds, and the soft golden light at sunrise is flattering. Evening sessions (after 5 PM) are also possible if mornings don't work for your trip.

Posing: you don't need to know how

Even if you always feel awkward in front of a camera, you only need to relax and follow my directions if you need them. My sessions are about you feeling at ease.

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. I guide you throughout the session.

What happens if it rains?

If bad weather is forecast, I first try to reschedule your session to another time or day. A refund is only possible if rescheduling isn't possible.

How do I book?

Choose your session on the prices page or send me a message with your dates and the number of people. A deposit confirms the booking: 50 € for 30-minute and 1-hour sessions, 100 € for 2 hours, 250 € for 3 hours.

How can I pay?

In cash or by card.

How many edited pictures do I get?

It depends on the session length (see above). Additional edited pictures are 7 € each.
